Reports to the Supervisor, Facilities with the Grounds Foreman providing oversight and delegation of duties Performs a variety of grounds, labor maintenance, and heavy cleaning projects at all locations Moves and relocates college equipment and furniture Performs grounds services as assigned; assists with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, all roads, and parking areas, mows grass Performs all aspects of snow/ice removal and treatment; operates mechanical motorized equipment; sets up chairs, tables, etc. Performs related duties as assigned
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Terms of Employment: This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
